Works with the calendar and software you already use

Infold books into your calendar, practice or shop software and CRM while the caller is still on the line. Five systems connect today. Others are connected during setup — and if you run your own system, we build a custom integration.

  • Connects today: 5 systems
  • Connected during setup: 55 more

Custom integrations

Your own system? We build custom integrations.

If your business runs on something we haven’t listed — an older practice system, an industry tool, or software built in-house — we can build the connection. Tell us what you use and what you’d want Infold to do with it.

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Open Dental, Shopmonkey, HubSpot and the other product names on this page are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to show what Infold can connect to; naming them does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

What an integration does

What does an integration actually do?

It lets Infold act on the call instead of only taking a message. With a connection, it checks availability, books or changes the appointment, writes notes and updates your CRM — while the caller is still on the line.

A mechanic in blue coveralls works a wrench on the suspension of a car raised on a lift

  2. Notes on the work order 2017 Civic · steady check-engine light

When it’s connected

It books on the call

  1. Checks availability Reads the open times in your calendar or schedule while the caller is on the line.
  2. Books or changes Books, moves or cancels — re-checking the slot at the moment it books.
  3. Writes notes Adds what the caller said to the appointment, event or work order.
  4. Updates your CRM Creates or updates the contact and logs what they asked for.

The caller hears“You’re booked for Thursday at 2:30. I’ll text you a confirmation now.”

When a system can’t connect

It holds the request and texts your team

  1. Takes the request Captures the caller’s details and the time they’d like.
  2. Holds it as a request Nothing is promised as booked until your team says so.
  3. Texts your team to confirm With everything needed to book it — name, number, service, preferred time.
  4. Tells the caller what’s next So they know the team will confirm, instead of wondering.

The caller hears“I’ve put in a request for Thursday at 2:30. The team will confirm it with you.”

Either way, the caller gets an answer and your team gets the details. See how phone booking works and how Infold handles a call from start to finish.

Questions

Integrations, answered.

More on how Infold works with your business:

Does Infold work with Google Calendar and Outlook?

Yes. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendars, connect today. Infold reads your open times, books, moves and cancels events, and adds the caller’s details to each one.

Which practice and shop software connects today?

Open Dental for dental offices and Shopmonkey for auto repair shops connect today, and HubSpot connects today as a CRM. Other practice, shop and booking software is connected during setup.

What does “connected during setup” mean?

We build and test the connection to your system as part of your setup, before you go live. What it can do — book directly, or send requests for your team to confirm — depends on what that system allows, and we tell you which before you start.

What if my software isn’t listed?

Tell us what you use. We build custom integrations, including for older or in-house systems. If a connection isn’t possible, Infold still answers the call, holds the request and texts your team to confirm.

Can it double-book me?

It only offers times you’ve opened and re-checks your calendar at the moment it books. If the slot was just taken, it offers the next one.

Do I have to switch software to use Infold?

No. Infold works with what you already use. If you don’t use scheduling software at all, a Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar works — or Infold can hold requests and text your team to confirm.

Where is my data stored when Infold writes to my software?

Infold stores call data in Canada as standard. Anything it writes into your own calendar, practice software or CRM is stored by that provider, under your account with them.

Bring your software list to the demo.

We’ll tell you what connects today, what we connect during setup, and when you could go live.
